All spring cleanups are completely customizable!

First Mow & Trim (Optional) – The first mow of the season is crucial. Professional grass cutting of all turf surfaces to a standard height of 5 cm and grass trimming along all of the edges of the turf surfaces.

Leaf & Debris Cleanup on Turf (Optional) –  Loose leaves and debris will be cleaned up and bagged from the lawn area.

Flowerbed/Rock Bed Blowout (Optional) – Loose leaves and debris will be cleaned up and bagged from the lawn area. (for off-site leaf disposal additional charges will apply)

Power Raking/Dethatching (Optional) – Your Edmonton Snow Garden Pro will de-thatch your entire lawn, removing all of the accumulated debris and dead grass that prevents it from growing to its fullest potential.

Core Aeration (Optional) – Aerate your lawn so that it prevents receives more of the sunlight, nutrients and water it needs to grow thick and healthy during summer. Aeration is completed using a plug aerator. Plugs will be left on the turf surface to decompose.

There are no contract or cancellation fees for any of our services. We just ask that you give us a 48 hours notice so we can take you off our schedule.

If your grass is over 10 cm at the beginning of your service, a one-time surcharge will be applied.

This additional fee is invoiced at twice the standard rate for a regular lawn mowing visit.

We schedule all of our spring cleanups in April or May (weather dependent).

Pets should be kept secure, away from the working area, during the lawn mowing service. We do not pick pet waste, it is for the property owners to make sure the waste has been picked up before our crews arrive.

We advise our clients not to water the lawn before our crews arrive to provide the lawn mow and trim service. 

Please make sure to clear the lawn for debris, patio furniture, toys, tools, and other objects, before our crew arrives to provide the lawn mowing service. Our crews are not allowed to touch or move any client property present on the grass at the time of the service.

Property owners are not required to be present during the service, as long as our crews have access to the area where they mow and trim.

Front and back yard should be easily accessible, with enough clearance to move the equipment. 

If the back gate is locked, the client has the option to either pay an additional drive time fee for a return visit to the property or skip service in the locked areas of their property.

We send email reminders the day before our visit.
